Diane Wilson is a Fourth generation shrimper turned environmental activist from Seadrift, Texas. She is the author of the book "An Unreasonable Woman: A True Story of Shrimpers, Politicos, Polluters, and the Fight for Seadrift, Texas” and “Diary of an Eco-Outlaw: An Unreasonable Woman Breaks the Law for Mother Earth." After the waters she fished became so polluted that she lost her livelihood, she took on three petrochemical giants almost singlehandedly, and went on to become a feisty and award-winning activist for the people and the planet. She is a co-founder of Code Pink and continues to lead the fight for social justice. You can learn more about Diane’s work and events at: http://www.chelseagreen.com/authors/diane_wilson/
